Olive Tree Hotel and Banquet Halls offers affordable accommodations with friendly staff and clean rooms. Guests appreciate the low rates, making it a budget-friendly option in the area. However, the hotel has some limitations, such as limited amenities—no microwave, mini fridge, or full cable TV—and only a few towels provided. Some rooms lack working TVs, and the AC can be inconsistent. The hotel is undergoing renovations, including work on the elevator, which guests look forward to being restored. Maintenance issues like roaches and stair climbing can be challenging, and housekeeping services are limited, especially for long-term stays. Despite these drawbacks, many guests find staff helpful and accommodating, especially in special situations. Overall, it is a basic place for shelter at a very low price, with ongoing improvements to enhance guest comfort.

This place is perfect for the price. I am starting over in life and it gives me a good place to live, work, and save money. The rooms are comfortable and I seem to be at peace here. I would most definitely recommend to all my friends and family and anyone

Phone number just gives a busy signal. Trying to inquire about an extended stay but can’t get through I’ve tried multiple different days and hours. Will try again the next few days if not fixed will leave proper review.
