“Check in was fast and friendly. I wish I would’ve gotten the lady’s name because she was awesome. My room was very clean and seemed to be updated for the most part. The only complaint I had was my AC was not able to keep up but it was over 100 outside so I understood. Great experience overall and will stay again if in the Jackson area.”

“I came here 2 years ago when passing through and stayed at this motel. It’s now 2024 since then it looks like they upgraded. They Don’t have any bug which is good and last time I stayed they didn’t either.if your staying for a night they don’t give you a key you just got to lock the door behind you.i don’t recommend bringing kids since they do charge by the hour if you know what I mean for you know what. If you passing through give it try no bugs and affordable if your okay with that and yes I did felt safe enough to stay.”

“I just stayed at this hotel. I got in at almost 1 o’clock in the morning and then left at about 6 AM. I just wanna say Miss Erica, who greeted me with a huge smile to walking out the door, seeing her face again and Miss Sherry with the hospitality was amazing. I had my dog who had been in the car for almost 19 hours and they made him feel comfortable and then this morning as I was leaving Miss Sherry made sure that I took a bag full of banana and apple and a bagel so I could eat on my drive to Florida. They were nothing but sweet smiling kind caring I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my way.”

“Probably the best hotel i've stayed in a long time. It has everything any other hotel has , but for half price , plus free wifi all my lien was clean and perfect . Also the staff was friendly and helpful.”
“The negative reviews really aren't warranted. It is an older Hilton but has much more charm than the new generic contemporary properties, and being in Jackson MS it is wonder to have ICE COLD A/C in the rooms. My room was a crisp 62 degrees when it was 103 outside. Also, the king bed was super comfortable.
Hotel bar and friendly service there as well. The only negative is keep in mind you're in Jackson, MS. Keep your car locked and free of valuables, there was a guy murdered in the parking lot two blocks over during our stay...”

“Booked as waypoint on trip from TN back to TX, after having traveled the Natchez Trace Parkway. Very impressed by the level of service and overall quality of the property. The entire staff were amazing, from the moment we arrived until our departure the next morning. In particular, I like to mention the gentleman at valet. So sorry I didn’t get his name because I would like to recognize him personally. Awesome customer service and a true star on the team!! In addition, our bartender Fabian took exceptional care of us. Warm, engaging, and amazing service. The lobby is beautiful and reflects the historical qualities of this property. The room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We were not aware that the train station was directly across the street, and while it was audible, didn’t detract from a restful evening. The bathroom is somewhat small, but can be expected considering the age of the property and was very clean and functional. We arrived late in the evening and did not explore the surrounding area, so can’t appropriately comment. However, did notice a few restaurants within walking distance that looked interesting. Several businesses directly across from the property appeared closed and/or vacant.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would return and highly recommend.”

“We have just stayed at this hotel for a night as a stop off on our USA road trip.
I am so glad we stayed there, it was absolutely stunning. The staff are very friendly and informative. The library restaurant is well priced and the food was amazing. The hotel itself has so much character and a lovely traditional feel to it. We stayed in the Roman suite and it was so clean, cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The pantry is a great touch with free hot drinks, cookies and cakes etc. we had breakfast in the morning which again, was very nice!
I would definitely recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed.”
