“My oh Maya! I pulled up asking if I could use my phone instead of the Costco card because I forgot it and Maya was so kind to show me how to use the app how to look for receipts, etc. I received the whole tutorial while I was just getting gas! ⛽ She totally went the extra mile and was so sweet in the process! I think this was the weekend before last weekend but Maya I never forgot about you! Thank you!”

“Best place to shop! I buy bulk beef and cut the roasts and steaks myself- save tons and vaccine pack and freeze what I don't immediately need to use. High quality items and the price is right- great wine selection as well”

“I truly love Costco. The food is great. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is always friendly. I love the products that they offer the great specials. I do wish they had some of the same things as other stores, but I still love it. I said I would never pay for membership but once I got the membership, I can’t stop shopping here. It offers so much to me that I need for my family. I especially love when they have the sheets on sale and the comforter sets on sale as long as I can travel because it’s about an hour and something away from me. I will continue to shop at Costco.”

“We recently joined the Costco membership. I used their catering services which only only be signed up for in-store. I received so many compliments on the croissant sandwich platters! I was able to pick them up in a timely manner. I would have joined for the catering service alone although I am further away from the location. My only complaint would be they only accept Visa.”

“My 25 year old A/C stopped cooling Sunday morning. The problem was control board in furnace. I called Monday morning and verified they had it and picked it up. While installing part, another parts house called and quoted part at $120 higher. Thanks for great customer service.”

“Yesterday I needed 2 prescriptions for my dog. I live in Virginia and had to come to Mississippi on short notice so I got my vet to write me the prescriptions my dog needed. Could have purchased from my vet but much more expensive there. Anyway I called the pharmacy at the Pearl Sams Club and was told they would have to order the drugs and they had to have the written prescription before hand. That would be a 100 mile round trip. I have been a member for over 30 years and a plus member so I called again today. Talked to Jessha. She said she could order the meds and I could pick them up next week. This saved me a 100 mile trip. Jessha thank you for your help in this matter!”

“I just joined Sam's Club about a month ago.I took advantage of their $15 Membership fee. I ordered a Chantilly cake from them online. They were pretty busy that morning. There were people picking up tons of merchandise that they purchased, so I walked up to the pickup area, and one of the Sam associates asked me if they could help me. they pulled my cake for me right away, and I was on my way. The cake itself was nice light, fresh and moist. It's one of my favorites.I hope this helps”

“The staff here are nice and explained things to me in detail. It was a simple battery change that didn't take long, but at the same time, I wish there was somewhere to sit down. If there was a simple seating area, this location would be immaculate.”
