“Very friendly management and maintenance workers, complex is always so well maintained and they do a lot for their residents with tons of fun throughout the month. I gave a lower rating because there is a squirrel infestation and someone is giving them peanuts and the ruin all my plants. People who don’t live here use an easy to learn code to open the gate and go to the pool. The pool is constantly being used by non resident non guest people. The gate to the pool just pushes open with very little resistance when locked. Termites can be an issues and with my experience the pest control people don’t come back to do check ups as they should. People dogs have been reported to bites other pets and people have filed grievances with no resolution. Not very many people follow the speed limit of 8mph it’s more like 20mph even with kids and a lot of people don’t pick up after their dogs. All in all 4 stars the apartments are very spacious and well laid out. And the good residents far outweigh the bad ones. I expect to continue to rent here and will continue to expect a higher standard to be put in place the keep only residents and guests on property.”

The entire property is beautifully maintained from the manicured landscaping and spotless grounds, you can tell the staff takes real pride in their work. Everything feels clean, safe, and inviting every visit.

I can’t recommend Bayou Landing Apartments highly enough. If you’re looking for a clean, well managed, and friendly community, this is the place to be.”

“Best temporary home ever and the manager was so kind to me and my wife. Anytime we needed help with anything we are almost upset to leave. She never had an attitude or complained after us going up there so many times everyone is so nice and helpful and the apartments are not to bad on the wallet I would give this place a 10 star if I could but we will leave it at 5 I guess would highly recommend for the price and the service.”

“well I've visited my Daughter apt from time2 time beside from the Upstairs Neibor---it were fine ok 2 be inside of her's ,!! all does the toilet made some sound like a motor problem which it sounded scary 2me when I did visited them,,”
