“I am not in San Francisco...no idea where that came from. I would give it a 5 star rating with one exception...their pet policy. I have lived here for 2-1/2 years now with my current lease expiring 10/23. I don't know if I will renew. The first year all was great. In the last year it seems everyone who has moved in has dogs. I am a dog lover but not enough at this stage that I want one...had them all during the family days. There now are so many people with big dogs here and multiple dogs living in a 900 s.f. apt. it is like this complex has become an oversized kennel. Across from me they have 2 100 lb. plus Dobermans. Below me they have 2 medium sized dogs...they are puppies so will be bigger. Across from me lower she has a dog that yaps all day long on her balcony and she does nothing about. I hear the neighbors dog yapping through the wall daily while she is at work. These are all 900 s.f. apts. When I walk or run my jog around the complex I see and hear dogs barking from balconies that the owners do nothing about. I see people in other buildings in the complex walking huge dogs and multiple dogs. So my only advice is carefully review the pet policy (which I did not) and make sure you understand what you are getting into. They have no restriction on weight of dogs or number of dogs. The only restriction is a couple of breeds (Pit Bull etc.) which you would expect you can't have. Aside from this issue Arbor Station is awesome....great maintenance response and quality, fitness center is state of the art and a pool to die for. Office personnel are first class. Just be aware of the most liberal pet policy I have every seen in my life...and I lived in the most pet friendly communities in this country like Miami Beach/South Beach where restaurants put dog water bowls out on their patios and keep them as full as their patrons wine glasses”

“Me and my dad lived here back in September of 2011 over all our experience was nice it's not a bad apartment complex but I will say apartment 23 H is haunted ? we thought we was going crazy at first but no it was definitely haunted lol we were only here for maybe two months because of this and a few other reasons we was just going thru a ruff time back then I know we broke our lease and I think they sued us over it but sometimes it just is what it is ? Me and my friends we're just talking about how my old apartment was haunted and that's what made me post this review 10 years later ?. I think it's under new ownership now tho it was the reserve at three Rivers back then. But yeah over all it wasn't a bad place at all and good location.”

“If you like speedily-remodeled units (had to request appliance power cords so I could use my stove weeks after moving in, ice maker was just left out beside the fridge, still packaged and uninstalled) with peeling vinyl floors, flickering lights that shut off intermittently while in use throughout your apartment (perfect to set the mood each day) and growing watermarks on your roof for 1200 a month on a 1bed1bath, this is the place to be!The one dumpster in the whole neighborhood is constantly overflowing and putrid near trash day. Dated Ac units break down over the summer and leave your pets at home for who knows how long in the heat until the actual problem gets resolved after so many maintenance calls and temporary fixes. It’s been a year, and trying to up the rent on the new year really made me appreciate all of these things.”
