“I love the place. Tenants and management are both very nice. The property is very well maintained and it's kinda like a hidden gem in Waveland. It has a laundry room for the tenants with a Coca-Cola machine. There's a nice little playground area for the kids to play on and there's a large pavilion in the back that's great for cook outs or gathering's. The whole property is surrounded by a gate and has video surveillance through out. The apartments are one and two bedroom, with one bath, living room and kitchen with dining area and countertops. Within one mile of everything from groceries, gas stations, tobacco stores, liquor store, Dollar general, Family Dollar, large selection of restaurants and fast food. Located across HWY 90 from The Knock Knock Lounge, only two miles from Waveland Beach and four miles from the Silver Slipper Casino. Perfect spot for someone that doesn't want to travel far from home. Almost everything is in walking distance.”

“Lived here for just under a year. The ONLY thing keeping it from being a 5 star is the cleaning crew didn’t do too great when we first moved in. We still had to sweep a lot and most of the window sills and inside kitchen drawers needed cleaning. And some stuff is a smidge dated. But since we’ve moved in, it’s been decent. Nothing special, just normal lol. Grass stays mowed regularly, they spray for pests pretty regularly, and maintenance crew seems to be putting in a lot of work fixing things that needs to be done.Some of the railings were rusted when we moved in and I was considering submitting a maintenance ticket but it was taken care of rather swiftly. ?? renewed my lease for another year.The only thing I wouldn’t mind them having is a playground, but it’s not the biggest deal. Tenants all seem to be fine as well as I never hear any excessive noise or problems from anyone else.”
