406 E Railroad St, Long BeachOne of our neighborhood box turtles was hit by a vehicle. The shell had a 3” crack and the turtle wasn’t eating. Took the turtle to Animal Care n they will hydrate it n have the Vet work on it. No charges!!

GINGLES AND THE WONDERFUL KIND STAFF THAT HELPED US TODAY...our old and tired furbaby had a very rough night she had health issues already..but we were hoping for more time with her..very sadly this morning we had to make the extremely painful choice to put her down..we called the vet we recently went to...because we only recently moved back to the gulf coast and were still getting established with a vet..the vet we had gone to before the staff was very cold and showed no compassion for our girl..we were told they couldn't help us till next week...even though we let them know how much she had deteriorated over the night and how she was suffering...we called Dr.. Gingles and his wonderful staff and they got her in right away to stop her suffering....GOD BLESS THEM ALL AND WE TRULY THANK YOU AND APPRECIATE YOU..

19019 Pineville Rd, Long BeachGreat food, we love eating here and love that it’s a small business, but strongly recommend NOT using through the drive through. Intentionally or not, walk-in customers are heavily prioritized. It’s better to park across the street and walk in. We were the third car in line and could not turn around. We sat 40 minutes, while 6-8 walk-ins ordered and were served with large orders before we were able to place our order. We’ll likely come again, but we’ve learned our lesson and hope you don’t have to. If ordering a bigger/messier bagel, remember to ask for it to be cut in half because they all usually come whole.

504 Jeff Davis Ave, Long BeachService was great, even though they were busy. Their prices are reasonable for breakfast (the only meals we’ve eaten there). It’s our go-to on the weekends when we come visit our daughter at USM Gulf Park.

20110 Pineville Rd, Long BeachFinally made it over to Long Beach to try the Chicken Katsu Curry! It is worth the drive and tastes like traditional Japanese style curry. The fried chicken was freshly battered and cooked and everything was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!
