“I’ve had a climate controlled unit with Iron Storage in Long Beach MS since they took over the facility last year. Zero issues with the unit or the company. The turnover process was seamless, autopay was uninterrupted, the company is friendly, attentive, prompt and accessible and the property is well maintained and secured. “Quentin Banks at the PODS Storage Facility was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He was also friendly. The PODS Company itself was okay but difficult to reach customer service. I contacted the Customer Service two days following Self load at there facility in Dayton on June 9, 2026 to request they hold the POD in storage due to my new home in MS being 4 ft under water from the major floods. I was told the POD was already in transit. When I scheduled the move I was told it would take one week to arrive at the facility in MS. On the June 19 I called to see when would be delivered and was informed the POD didn’t leave the Dayton OH storage until the June 18, I of course questioned that information after being told it was in transit on the June 11. You are also told you receive 30 days free storage. What they don’t tell you is that the free days begin the day you reserve the POD till the day you empty the POD. So from June 9, till the POD arrived in MS on June 26 counted towards the so called free storage. Even though they lied about the date my POD left the facility I had only a few days to figure out what to due with my items in the POD. Monthly storage is $300 per month and NOT CLIMATE CONTROL. They also claim 3 size PODS to choose from, however; they don’t ship the 12ft PODS.”

“Easy convenient drive up mini warehouse storage. I love the access hours and am certain they have the best prices and rates for their sizes around. It's nice to have the police station next door because I know my items are protected with my lock and the extra security hovering over the area. Great storage location, I highly recommend.”
