“I have used Tandy lock two different times over the last 5 years. I travel 44 weeks out of the year with my job and needed somewhere to store my things temporarily. The staff was very nice. I never worried about my stuff getting stolen or the buildings getting broken into. I had no problem with them and was able to set up auto pay and I was able to close out my account from out of town over the phone. I recommend them. And they were also recommended to me by fayards because they are did not have anything available so they are also the ones that referred me over to Handy lock which means that they are a trusted company but other storage companies in the area.”

“Got a storage unit there about a week ago Christy was very accommodating and was fast efficient and very friendly. She went out of her way to help me when I thought I might need another unit last minute. 24-hours velvet again super super clean Hidden Gem one of the better storage units outside storage units that I've ever seen. Reservation agent was also very helpful when I forgot the gate code. The prices are amazing also.”

Had a trailer reservation, modified the dates with a rep and the month was off. I didn't notice until 2 days before pickup - I quickly tried to change it online but (surprise) the trailer wasn't going to be available at location.
I called and Kenny was able to sort it out and get me the trailer I needed on the day I needed it. Huge relief. It was the white bearded better looking Kenny than the other one.
Very stressful to move but these guys will do whatever they can to ease that.”
“My experience with this facility is varied. It's a home-style, mom-and-pop business, not bound by rigid checklists or formal processes. They diagnose the issue and then discuss repair options with the customer. The owner, David Buchanan, is a confident and attentive listener, and his certified mechanics are very experienced in efficiently diagnosing and repairing transmissions. I have presented a jeep with certain transmission problems induced by Firestone of biloxi: its one thing to totally build it to brand new with a costly pay tag, versus common sense to diagnose, and fix the component that's bad. Now, my 2007 Lincoln town car is on the block: lets see what happens next: a $2700.00 total rebuild, or a $40.00 dollar TCM modular replacement. You people who read this, take heed: workplaces like this only exist in corporate hell: this group is for the customer.”

When I'm ever in a bad situation, I give them a call and they resolve the issue regardless of what is asked. This is by far the best carrier in Mobile. The competition are miles behind them.”

“Worked with Stephanie and Pamela on a move from New Orleans area to Virginia. Estimate was timely and accurate. Dates on Front end worked great. Packers and movers on both ends were great. Only reason for 4 stars was the timing of the delivery was later than the window. Wasn't end of the world - just minor inconvenience. Otherwise, everything packed well and no damaged goods. Movers very respectful of our property. Would recommend and use again”

“While we’ve been going through a devastating event with our home, Stephanie, the relocation and records specialist at Fayard Moving and Storage, has been an absolute angel. From our first phone call to her visit to assess our needs, she offered kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt care. She coordinated every detail flawlessly and provided steady reassurance throughout a very emotional time.
Our first team, Randy, Marlon, Lataja, Tonja, and Dynell, packed our home quickly, efficiently, and with so much love and respect. Some of them were even facing hardships of their own, including loss and damage to their own homes, yet they still showed up with smiles, compassion, and dedication. I truly felt like I had family helping to pack my things. I never once worried during the process. I was able to sit at my desk and continue working, completely confident that everything was being handled with care.
Then came the incredible team of movers, James, Landry, Zack, and Randy, who loaded and unloaded our boxes and furniture with such professionalism and empathy. Somehow, they seemed to understand how emotional and even heart-wrenching this process was for us. Their patience, gentleness, and quiet understanding brought comfort on a day that could have been overwhelming.
This was the initial move of the majority of our belongings. A few weeks later, we had the pleasure of working with Stephanie again when she returned to assess how many boxes and movers would be needed to carefully pack and move my personal library of books into an additional storage unit. We had hoped repairs could be made without moving the library, but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. Once again, the packing and moving crew of Kinny, Randy, and Landry were amazing, thoughtful, kind, and meticulous.
The folks at Fayard’s have taken care of us like family, and at this point, I truly feel like they are a part of our family. I’m looking forward to the day I can call Stephanie and her crews again, not to move out, but to bring my things back home. ❤️

“We were stationed at Camp Shelby, MS with a household size of 9. Gollott and Sons was assigned our shipment for my husbands PCS. The staff was amazing from the beginning of our move all the way through til the end.The group of women who packed our belongings did so efficiently and respectfully. In less than two business days they had our place boxed up and inventoried from top to bottom. They gave us the absolute kindest and sweetest parking experience we've had to date.Our movers loaded our shipment on what I'd describe as the hottest day Mississippi could offer. We watched as they moved with a constant pace in what seemed like a truck size game of Tetris. Usually we never interfere with our movers, however they were incredibly kind and so overwhelmingly hot that we wanted to aid in the process. My husband and I moved boxes from the back bedrooms into the easier to load from living room. We were constantly told we were "amazing people" and thanked for our simple action. Our movers were the amazing people, 1000% kind hearted and hard working.Once we arrived at our destination we contacted our driver for the shipment. He got us on schedule right away and our HHG arrived 1 week after we did. Our driver was the same courteous man who loaded us up in Kansas. His two nephews and himself unloaded our HHG into our new place during yet another heat advisory spell. They pushed through and got everything in place within 7 hours. They were the best! We've never had a more polite set of movers in our home.I highly recommend using this company for any move and even asking for them specifically when getting assigned movers for a PCS. Thank you all for making our move the smoothest ever!!!”
