“My review has gone from a 1 to a 4 star. I do not know whether my first review was read or the problems were recognized and fixed spontaneously, but I was finally able to talk to a person, told that the tractor was indeed ready to be delivered to my home. I went in to the service department before delivery and with some insistence on my part, convinced the techs to tell me what probably led to the problems and how I could avoid damage in the future.This is the 1 star rating written 3 days ago: My tractor has been in the service department for several weeks. I spoke to a human on the phone who promised that someone would get back to me after the tractor had been in the shop for 3-4 weeks,10 days later no one answered that phone # and the website did not offer a phone #, just a text. To my query by text (and I normally love being able to text, as it in theory saves time lost in interruptions, I received a response, all in capital letters, that: YOU UNIT IS READY , THEY WILL CALL YOU WHEN THEY CAN SCHEDULE TO TAKE BAK YOUR UNIT.I asked by text: Who will call? What had to be repaied? How will I be billed?Answer by text:YOU CAN CALL IN AND PAY OVER THE PHONE WHEN THEY CALL YOU TO TELL YOU WHEN THEY ARE DELIVERING YOUR UNIT BACK...I has been over 6 weeks nowI do not recommend buying or using Deviney for anything until they get a real person to discuss business.”
