“Amazing experience!! I was in Madison shopping and came back out to a car that wouldn't crank. I popped the hood to observe the battery and one of the connectors had broken in half. I finally moved the connector around a few times - the car cranked. I headed straight to AutoZone in Ridgeland (being from out of town - that was the only place that I knew of and could get to quickly).I went inside and Jacob S was working - I popped the hood for him and showed him the problem. Service appointments go very smooth, they offer transportation if you don't want to stay in their waiting area (which is very nice). When the hot temps dropped, my tire indicator came on so I stopped in without appointment and they immediately checked the tires, added some air and I was in and out of there in 5 minutes.”
