“this store in Madison has the absolute best service. Yasmine and Douglas provided the best customer service with a smile. They both went above and beyond to diagnose our problem, which was a little tricky. When the solution was found, they took care of us and got us back on our way quickly. It's been a long time since we have had such a great experience with car trouble!”

“This place was a life saver! We were out out state visiting when I noticed our fairly new Interstate battery was failing. We walked in and told them our problem and they had us immediately pull into a bay. Our battery was still under warranty so we got a new battery totally covered by the warranty. They were competent, super friendly, and fast and got us back on the road in no time. We always use Interstate batteries in our cars and they are usually very reliable and long lasting but I guess we got one of the bad ones. This place made it easy and no big deal. Thank y'all!!!”

“I recently visited Batteries Plus and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was top-notch—the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. What really stood out was the excellent value. The pricing was very reasonable, and I felt confident I was getting a quality product for what I paid. On top of that, the wait time was minimal—I was in and out much quicker than expected, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for great service, fair prices, and efficiency, I highly recommend Batteries Plus. I’ll definitely be coming back for future needs!”

“I'm giving O'Reilly 5 stars because their part was half the cost of the dealership and the same part. This O'Reilly's is located on Northside drive. I called them to see if they had the part I was blessed enough to speak with Trey. He searched to see if they had the part and informed me that there was one in stock. When I got there he still had the information in front of him on the counter. He was very courteous and professional. And for a business owner like me that is very important. So O'Reilly you guys are very blessed to have Trey on your staff he is a true professional. Thank you for getting me in and out with no snags.”
