“We transferred from Xfinity. It took us two days due to Xfinity’s unbelievable ineptitude. Compliments to the Verizon Manager, Issac, who worked with us during the entire ordeal and even helped Xfinity sort out their internal issue. So without Issac I doubt I could have solved this issue. We are happy to be with Verizon.”

“I got a great deal on an LG computer monitor, then had to do curbside pickup. The employee, Larry Z (hoping I'm remembering his name correctly) brought out my purchase and was friendly and helpful. Also, last week in the Geek Squad department, Claire helped me and she was fabulous!! Answering questions that I didn't know I had and she was so patient with me. Being the least tech savvy person ANYONE will ever meet, she was just wonderful. There is another Best Buy closer to my house, but I go out of my way to get to this location.”
