“I had another great experience with Mavis Tire today. The service was taking longer than expected, but Robert, the manager, made sure that I was taken care of and cut me a deal on the cost for having to wait. I didn't ask, he offered. My past and present experiences with Robert is that he cares that his customers are satisfied with the service that they receive there. This is refreshing compared to some other business where management just goes through the motions but don't truly care. For me, Mavis Tire in Madison and Robert have earned a longtime customer in me.
