“100%, above and beyond expectations on customer service. Just before closing, I broke down a block away, alternator went out. They jump boxed me so I could get the 300 feet to their facility. Asked the gentleman if he wouldn't mind ordering the part tonight so it would be delivered early in the AM, as I am heading home after a 6 month work trip. Instead, they stayed late and repaired my vehicle, after hours, no up charge, so I could immediately get back on the road. This level of service is no longer common, but so much appreciated. Thank you to the team at Eastgate Tire! Not all heros wear capes!”
