“I cannot share how much James and his company mean to me at this moment. Our son was trapped on the interstate in meridian with a nail-torn tire. We were 1.5 hours away. Our local towing service told us to Google, and there was J&C Towing. James was beyond accommodating to us and our son. He was there at 9:00 pm within 10 minutes of me calling. He had my son on the road within 15 minutes, and our son made it home safely. James even called me to let me know he had him on the road. That kind of service is immeasurable. This review is going to show my naivety, but maybe it will save you a few hundred dollars. I was due for an oil change and before I could schedule it myself, Toyota of Meridian called me to offer a promotional rate of $39 on the oil change. I was happy to accept the offer and scheduled my service appointment. After dropping my car off, I received a call from one of the service advisors about additional services my vehicle needed (mainly the fuel induction service). I stupidly assumed these were part of the regular routine maintenance recommended for my vehicle. When she offered the A/C refresh service, I mentioned I would need to check with my husband, and she quickly told me that I didn't really need that service done. I appreciated the honesty and assumed I was being properly advised on the other services. It's purely my fault for not asking the cost up front, but I've taken my car to this dealership for service ever since I bought it, so I didn't expect a situation that would lead me to feel I was taken advantage of. When I got my bill, my $39 oil change turned into over $330, including the $175 fuel induction service that is not listed in Toyota's official factory maintenance schedule for the Highlander. While I take responsibility for not asking for the prices up front, I had trust in this dealership as I have been a repeat customer and didn't think they'd offer me such expensive services without telling me. I was stupid and naive - don't be like me. Make sure to check which maintenance services are required for your vehicle and always ask up front about costs. I feel as if I was deceived and it has negatively impacted my relationship with Toyota of Meridian. They have always provided good service up until now, but I will be taking my car elsewhere in the future because I've lost that sense of trust.”

“Our Christmas story was turning out to be more chaotic than the Griswald Christmas, when Joe, Zeke, and Ethan helped us out more than we could ask for. On our near 8 hour trip from Tennessee to Louisiana the day before Christmas Eve, we ended up having a crack in our air compressor. In what should have been a 7 hour maintenance with all the extra repairs needed to keep us safe, they got us out in half the time! The owner even offered to drive us to go get lunch as we were waiting. The prices were more than fair for an emergency repair, and if we lived in Meridian, Mac’s would get our service every time! Thank yall!”
