“I beat the crowd and was first in line. They had my car lifted quickly and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. The lobby has an open, comfortable feeling and even has a comfortable recliner. They gave me a nice ink pen with the name of a tire company! The bathroom is clean. I would have given them 5 stars if they remembered to put enough air in my tire after removing the nail and patching it.”

“We were traveling and had an issues with our front tires. We took it to the Goodyear in Meridian. Jason explained everything very well and they were able to get us in and out in 1 day so we could continue our travels. One of our front tires had a defenct they discovered. Their technicians seemed very professional and explained issues in terms we could understand. Their prices, labor charges, etc. were in line with what we had previously paid at other places. Overall very good service. The only issues were that the back tires had a similar defect that they did not discover which could have caused serious issues as we were driving 200 miles to get home. The other issues was the person checking us out and accepting our payment did not explain the guarantee very well and how it applies to Goodyear stores across the country. Overall they were professional, their work appear to be very good quality and the staff was friendly. My 2 concerns previously mentioned were the only downside.”

“I just wanted to commend the young woman who greeted me at the entrance. I was having a bad day and she helped changed that by the way she interacted with me. She was genuinely upbeat, friendly, and kind. I could tell she was sincere with her emotion and words- that she not only took pride in her job, but enjoyed her customers. I didn't get her name, but she's a younger (in her 20's maybe?) black female that was wearing glasses and I think she was wearing a headband/hairwrap band with shortish/medium hair. Her customer service mannerism was top notch, and I just wanted to praise her for it. It was refreshing to be on the receiving end. The world is definitely a better place with her in it!”

“Went in for a front end alignment on my 2019 Ford Fiesta. Had an appointment, got the alignment done quickly. However, when I drove the car for the first time, it pulled HARD to the right. VERY BADLY. I called the place, brought it back in, they put it back on the machine and fixed it. The thrust angle was off by over 1 degree(that's a lot). I ended up leaving with everything squared away.”
