“I cannot share how much James and his company mean to me at this moment. Our son was trapped on the interstate in meridian with a nail-torn tire. We were 1.5 hours away. Our local towing service told us to Google, and there was J&C Towing. James was beyond accommodating to us and our son. He was there at 9:00 pm within 10 minutes of me calling. He had my son on the road within 15 minutes, and our son made it home safely. James even called me to let me know he had him on the road. That kind of service is immeasurable. From a crying mama to a thankful mama! James if I could give you and the business a thousand trillion stars, I would. Thank you for your kindness and your caring about someone else's son. You are my hero of the day!”

“In a very stressful situation Simmons Towing provided the best customer service. When our car broke down in Livingston, AL the day after Christmas traveling from Tennessee to Texas; Wyatt was there to help us out. He was kind and even let our dogs ride with us to drop our car off at a shop in Meridian. He even made sure we made it safely to get a rental car. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Wyatt and family!”
“Look no further! This is the mechanic of your dreams! No frills, no fluff, no bs. Just a thorough hard working team that gets the job done! I wish this shop was closer to me. But, I’m just passing through town. They really went above and beyond for me. I wouldn’t waste my time anywhere else in town. Trust me!”
“I just want to give a big thank you, to Lewis Wrecker Service and their crew. I called to have them help out my elderly parents who broke down with their RV in tow on their way back home to TX. My parents had nothing but good things to say about the crew who came to help them. Hooked the truck and RV up and towed them to a reputable shop they had already called beforehand to make sure they could help my parents. Thank y’all so much for putting my worries at ease and for the excellent customer service.”
“My son just started college in Meridian two weeks ago and his car suddenly started running hot. I wasn’t familiar with anyone in the area. McElroy picked his car up that same day. They’ve been very informative and upfront about all repairs.”
“Wow! Had something happen to a mint condition Camaro! When these guys got through it looked as though nothing ever happened! Perfect! Thanks Ty and Kaleb! I would highly recommend these guys!”
“I’ve brought multiple vehicles here. Trustworthy, extremely fair, and good communication about what to expect and what’s going on. That is what everyone is looking for. Let these guys take care of you.”

“I wanted to reach out and commend Vance for his exceptional service. Recovering a rolled Tesla is no easy task, but his technical knowledge was evident from the start. I particularly appreciated that he explained his intentions and the mechanics of the lift before beginning the process. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work and understands the unique requirements of electric vehicles.”
