She was genuinely upbeat, friendly, and kind. I could tell she was sincere with her emotion and words- that she not only took pride in her job, but enjoyed her customers. I didn't get her name, but she's a younger (in her 20's maybe?) black female that was wearing glasses and I think she was wearing a headband/hairwrap band with shortish/medium hair. Her customer service mannerism was top notch, and I just wanted to praise her for it. It was refreshing to be on the receiving end. The world is definitely a better place with her in it!”
