“All the staff at this hotel were great and went above and beyond for the work group I was staying with to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. This includes the front desk, bistro, cleaning and shuttle driver. Absolutely the best hotel staff I have experienced. Room was clean, comfortable and met all my needs. There is plenty of good dining options in the area including Memphis BBQ Co (one of the best BBQ restaurants) and the hotel location area is safe. I would have no problem recommending this hotel.”

“A really great, clean, comfortable hotel, especially for the price. The staff were all friendly and helpful, too! My only real criticism—and it’s a minor one—is that the breakfast options are limited. They had a waffle maker, some cereal, muffins, and instant oatmeal, but no fresh fruit, eggs, or healthier options. (Unfortunately the hot water for tea, and the coffee, weren’t hot either.) That said, again, a positive experience on the whole.”

“When we arrived Heather was there to welcome us.She got us checked in really quick and even put us where we request.She was very friendly. The next morning we had breakfast and it was fresh,hot,and pretty good selection. The rooms where clean.I will be back.”
“Tina was my desk clerk on 11/24/2023 when I arrived at 7:30pm. She was great and answered all of my annoying questions about the food locations nearby. She was kind, impatient, had a great demeanor and appears to be a genuine people person.The hotel has a great outside and inside appearance and seems to be well maintained. The room I reserved has patch-job paint and markings in it and all rooms have carpeted floors.Other than that long winded diatribe… everything else was good. I would still reserve a room at this location again. While I do prefer to stay at the Comfort Inn/Comfort Suite locations, I have found that Sleep Inn gives them a solid run for the money and sometimes prevails in services rendered.I can’t find a reason for this place to have negative reviews.”
“Only 12 minutes from Graceland ❤Rooms are clean. Plenty of Restaurants.We came from Louisiana for Lisa Maries Presleys memorial.We wanted something close to Graceland but not to close. This is perfect location if you plan to visit Graceland.Oh did I mention the rooms are Very Clean!! ??”

“What a great little surprise we found on a road trip down the Mississippi Blues Trail. Great rates and we had one of 10 suites in this building with balconies porches and a lounge. And, we were the only people there!Rooms: Beautiful and luxurious.Safety: I couldn't feel safer.”
