I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Candlewood Suites in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Every member of the hotel staff treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care during an unexpectedly challenging time.

I was stranded in Mississippi for an additional four or five days after my car was towed over the Labor Day holiday. I also experienced problems with Priceline, the third-party booking service I had used. Ryan at the front desk spent nearly three hours helping me resolve the booking issues, organize my room, and make sure I had somewhere comfortable to stay. She truly went above and beyond for me AND my dog. Her patience, compassion, and dedication to exceptional customer service were extraordinary.

The kindness extended throughout the entire hotel. I have a frozen shoulder and cannot zip the back of a dress by myself, so one of the ladies graciously helped me get ready for work for a Wedding I was coordinating. The housekeeping staff members were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. When I was leaving, one of the gentlemen from housekeeping even offered to help carry my belongings out when I was leaving.

What could have been an incredibly stressful and lonely experience was made so much easier because of the nurturing, considerate, and compassionate team at Candlewood Suites. I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout my extended stay.

If you are searching for a welcoming extended-stay hotel in Olive Branch, Mississippi, near Memphis, with outstanding customer service and employees who truly care about their guests, I highly recommend Candlewood Suites. Ryan and the entire team deserve far more than five stars. I feel incredibly fortunate that this was the hotel where I stayed during such a difficult time. “I have lived at Centennial Apts for many years. They are the best and they care about their tenants. I've had a few major repairs, but they have always taken care of it immediately. A year ago, my A/C went out on a summer night, but I submitted a maintenance ticket in the morning. The office asked me why I tolerated the heat instead of calling the emergency maintenance -- unbelievable! A year later, my A/C unit finally died (was the original system for this somewhat newer apt. complex). When they realized it was not a quick fix, they installed a portable A/C to keep me cool until the unit could be repaired---during this peak season (end of July/beginning of Aug.). Due to online reviews for other apt. complexes, I was prepared for the long haul (up to 3 weeks), but it was only a few days before an A/C crew came to replace my A/C unit. Not many management offices will provide the tenant with a temporary portable A/C, but this one does. Thank you, Samantha, Kelsey, and Cassidy! Neighbors are decent and the entire complex is quiet. Apartments come with digital security alarms, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Lots of trees. Secured gates, garages (extra but worth it), dog park, swimming pool, gym, a tenant room for Amazon/overnight deliveries, off hours security guards on premises, and weekly food truck on Friday evenings. Shopping plazas, gas stations, and restaurants within walking distance (if you can tolerate the heat). 5-star rating.”

“Easy peasy experience. Rhonda, Mandy and Kierra are super kind and got us into our new home quickly and efficiently. The property is well-maintained and clean, the units themselves are large, and overall the complex is quiet. We didn’t choose an upgraded unit but they replaced the carpet with vinyl and we appreciate it very much!”

“I inquired about Poplar Pines when I was considering a move closer to my child’s school, and I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and offers a diverse community. Mrs. Lashan is incredibly sweet and helpful—she takes the time to answer all your questions and ensures you get a thorough tour of the property. With such a dedicated staff committed to keeping tenants happy, you really can’t go wrong with Poplar Pines. An added bonus is the location!”

“We just moved a few months ago, we had a wonderful experience living here. We were here about a year and a half. Neighbors, management, and maintenance were all very friendly. We never felt unsafe. I utilized the pool and work out room, both kept clean and nice. It is also very close to all the restaurants and shops in collierville, but tucked back enough in Schilling Farms so you aren’t right on top of Poplar. We would suggest these apartments to anyone!”
