“We just moved a few months ago, we had a wonderful experience living here. We were here about a year and a half. Neighbors, management, and maintenance were all very friendly. We never felt unsafe. I utilized the pool and work out room, both kept clean and nice. It is also very close to all the restaurants and shops in collierville, but tucked back enough in Schilling Farms so you aren’t right on top of Poplar. We would suggest these apartments to anyone!”

“I’ve lived here for two lease terms now. It’s quiet and peaceful around.Whenever a problem occurs I’m usually able to have it fixed within the same day or next day.I haven’t had any issues with the residents. Everyone is friendly and the kids around usually comes to help me with groceries just because.I’ve given four stars because there is a laundry facility instead of a washer/dryer connection in my home. I would prefer it over the facility. I think it would be a good amenity to add.However, I love my home! The price and location is great and affordable. I know I’m safe and I can sleep comfortable. By the way, I’m usually always seeing people visit, so if you see a festive resident say hi ??.”

“Easy peasy experience. Rhonda, Mandy and Kierra are super kind and got us into our new home quickly and efficiently. The property is well-maintained and clean, the units themselves are large, and overall the complex is quiet. We didn’t choose an upgraded unit but they replaced the carpet with vinyl and we appreciate it very much!”
