The property is always kept clean, and whenever something needed to be repaired or taken care of, all I had to do was contact the office. They always responded the same day or as soon as they were available. I had a great experience touring this apartment community. The property was clean and I had to ask and get a picture of the scents they use in office ( smelled amazing). The staff was pleasant and friendly. Will be applying today and definitely recommend.”
“Easy peasy experience. Rhonda, Mandy and Kierra are super kind and got us into our new home quickly and efficiently. The property is well-maintained and clean, the units themselves are large, and overall the complex is quiet. We didn’t choose an upgraded unit but they replaced the carpet with vinyl and we appreciate it very much!”

I moved in at the end of 2025. So far, this is pound for pound the best place I've lived in by far. They have the perfect balance of quality, price, cleanliness, attentive service, atmosphere and peace!
I work from home and I have to maintain a level of silence. With that said, I have had 0 disturbances to this date. The neighbors are so peaceful.
When there has been an issue (ice maker and then the washer gave me trouble, nothing hitting quality of life level of importance) they were at my door the next day. Marcus and Fred are always on it in a kind and professional manner!
The front office is awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Kennedie while applying. A real straight shooter who left no question unanswered. The office was even available to answer questions and concerns during the 2 week ice storm. Just unbelievably outstanding customer service!

“If you want to feel at home Siegel Select Memphis is the greatest place to be. Omg the convenience. Everything is walking distance. You have all you restaurants grocery stores and more. The people over here are very friendly. Great Southern hospitality. And the office staff amazing Ms Brandy is amazing she is very pleasant and helpful. The whole staff. It's a great place to be when wanting a fresh start”
“We just moved a few months ago, we had a wonderful experience living here. We were here about a year and a half. Neighbors, management, and maintenance were all very friendly. We never felt unsafe. I utilized the pool and work out room, both kept clean and nice. It is also very close to all the restaurants and shops in collierville, but tucked back enough in Schilling Farms so you aren’t right on top of Poplar. We would suggest these apartments to anyone!”

The onboarding process is very smooth. The apartment manager Karen Brown was so much cooperative and supportive. She explained me all the details about the apartment, leasing plans, options for deposit, promotions, necessary contacts and term and conditions. The way she talks is so pleasant that makes us comfortable, and creates a positive mind in deciding on boking the apartment.

“I find it to be a super pleasant, safe, and very clean place. It has a healthy atmosphere, perfect for spending time with family. The staff in the office are excellent; they make you feel like you're in the right place to live. And if anything needs doing within the complex, the maintenance service is quick and leaves you satisfied.
If you're looking for a place to live, Bartlett Crossing is a must-see. I'm sure you'll love it. I highly recommend it.”

“Easy access from HWY 78, this is a great option for long term stays. Rivera and Larry were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable but couldn't definitely use a refresher. All the appliances worked and got used as I cooked daily.”

“It's a beautiful facility though I'm mad at them for telling my grandparents that they can't have their hummingbird feeder attached to their outside metal patio fence. For the amount they pay to be there they should get to do something so trivial that brings multiple people joy to look at the hummingbirds. It's a Ridiculous rule.”
