“I really like this Honda dealership. You can come here and freely look at motorcycles without them worrying you to death like the other motorcycle dealership did I went to earlier today. All salesmen and parts associates were very professional. I felt completely comfortable talking to everyone here. I even bought a front and rear basket for my 2014 Honda Recon. The parts associate was very knowledgeable and patient as I looked at motorcycles and ATVs. He showed me several ATV accessories and knew what he was talking about and whether they would fit my Honda or not. He recommended certain products and I trusted him because I could tell he knew what he was talking about as he had a 4 wheeler too. In summary, I will be back.”

“I have taken several of our family cars into Darby’s. They always work us in and give me honest info on what my vehicle needs. Recently my check engine light came on and turns out my Cadillac converter was bad - my car is only 6 years old and of course just out of warranty. They actually called VW about this and found there was an “extended warranty” on my part - they told me and let me know to take it into VW so it was covered for free - they saved me money!!!! Love them”

“Professional, attentive, fair, and trustworthy. James and his team at J&S Auto are excellent at what they do and I'd highly recommend them. My 2017 Lexus was struck in the front driver side by a reversing truck. It needed hood work, fender repair, a new light assembly, and several other small repairs. J&S presented me with a fair estimate (especially compared to several other businesses, no names but DC comes to mind) and had me on the books to get it done. The car looks great; like nothing ever happened. I got a phone call every time there was an update to the repair. I will bring any vehicle needing body repair to James and his team in the future!”

“Stopped by today after experiencing a vibration that I thought was prob coming from a tire. I asked them to rotate and balance my tires. They got to me really quickly and figured out the belts in one of my tires had separated. They offered me a couple of solutions but didn’t have what I needed in stock, but the Hernando store did. I asked them to put the tires back on so I could run to Hernando. They were insistent that I let them put the spare on, bad tire was too dangerous. They took great care of me and didn’t charge me a cent. I’ll def keep doing business with gateway when they take care of me like this.”

“Greg and his crew are amazing. This is the 3rd time we have been to his shop and they never disappoint. The last service was the 100,000 mile preventative maintenance on my wife's Lexus and the most recent was to replace an alternator. Car was dropped off a little before noon and got the call from Greg that afternoon that is was in-fact the alternator. Here is one part that just amazed me. They even checked the date code on the tires.Amazing people---amazing service and most important very fair priced and gets you in and out on a timely manner. Would 100% recommend Greg and his crew to anyone.”
