Came in to see if they will install, a performance part on my car, but was scared away by a rude old man with no manners and no idea of what customer service is. Wanted to leave my $$ locally but I won’t be coming back.

We took our 2016 328i BMW in for a stuck thermostat and oil change. B and B had it finished before the day was up. Great auto shop. We highly recommend this shop. Their customer service is top notch. Thank you Teri for taking great care of us!
