“I have brought my car to the hyundai dealership 4 times to get the air conditioning checked and fixed. They kept my car for 2 weeks at a time. Over 5 years it was never able to be resolved. The first 2 hours my car was at Cecil’s, they called and said they had it fixed and can I say it is amazing to drive without sweating for once. I can promise I will be coming back here. They are good about answering calls and if they miss it, they call back within minutes. 100% recommend”

“Outstanding service from beginning to end. Excellent repair of some deep scratches which required repainting my Honda Ridgeline Rear Right Bed Panel. Took time to explain the process and the need to recalibrate certain sensors per manufacturer's recommended best practices. The interface between my insurance company and Caliber was seamless, timely, and provided answers to all my questions. The repair was promised in 4 to 5 days and Caliber completed the repair in only 2 days. I appreciate the level of professionalism, service, and expertise I received on this repair. I also added on paint-less dent repair of a divot in another panel at the same time as the insurance repair. My out-of-pocket expense for this repair was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with this repair, as well. Of particular note, text communication was outstanding and job progress was communicated throughout the process. Great job!”

“I'm very impressed with this shop. I'm working out of town & my water pump starts leaking antifreeze on my 2012 Ford Super Duty. I reached out to one of my local contacts that I made through my job in construction & he told me to bring it to Southern Automotive in Collierville. I was there when they opened up the next morning & they told me that they would have it ready by end of that day. They quoted me a price & stuck to it. They have a customer for as long as I'm here working in Memphis for the next year & a half. That was a quicker & a fair price as it would've been back home in Nashville. I would've been without my main means of transportation for at least a week or two. This means more to me than I'm able to express, especially being out of town so far from home. I'm recommending this place to everyone on my job site, as there are a hundred plus coming here from Nashville as well. Fair, honest & fast is very hard to find these days.”

“i wrote a review on google when i first bought my vehicle i had preordered. ton of things were messed up with it and it took a while before anyone at the dealership to listen. after i finally made a review and filed a complaint with BBB i got a response and was able to get my vehicle in and fixed as best they could. i would still not recommend buying a vehicle from there especially if you preorder unless you state you want the stuff fixed before you sign the paperwork if you were to have issues. but i would highly recommend their service department and especially the service advisor matt tullos and the service manager tony roberson for helping me out on getting everything fixed and answering any and all questions i had. the 4 stars are for the service department.”

“I took my Lexus to the Collierville Gateway despite some negative reviews I saw because I have never had an issue at other Gateway locations. My issue was a very strong pull to the right when driving. I figured something was damaged with the suspension or I needed new struts. I dropped the car off early Saturday morning and they were so nice explaining what they would do. Within a couple hours they called and said I had a bad tire. That was it. I so appreciated their honesty and integrity when they could have easily taken advantage of me and I would have never known. Many shops would have. Also I was only charged $35 for the diagnosis when a lot of shops are charging 4-5 times more. In my mind they'd stock just went up dramatically and I will definitely return to this location. Thank you for a great experience.”
