“Just picked up my car, but let’s not talk about that just yet. 😂
I took my BMW X3 to BMW for service and they gave me a HEFTY estimate for a repair that needed to be done. I went home, Googled what they told me needed to be replaced, and found out it’s a known issue with my type of BMW. So I started Googling repair shops with good reviews and making some phone calls.
I ended up stopping here because the lady I talked to on the phone was SO nice. Like a friend that doesn’t know you yet, if that makes sense. She was helpful, knowledgeable and had stellar customer service. She really sold me on the phone, so I decided to give them my business.
And I’m so glad I did. The customer service was amazing from the moment I walked through the door until I picked my car up. The price was much more reasonable than what BMW quoted me, and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my car.
I’m highlighting her and this business because good customer service still matters, and they definitely have it here.
BMW doesn’t have to worry about me because I found my new shop! Thank y’all so much for taking care of me. I’ll definitely be back... just hopefully not anytime soon because I’d like for my car and my bank account to leave each other alone for a while. 😂”

“I took my SUV to Supreme Auto Painting & Body after someone scraped the side of it in a parking lot. There was a pretty good amount of damage along the rear door and quarter panel, so I wanted it fixed properly rather than trying to touch it up myself. They matched the paint really well and the repaired area blends in with the rest of the vehicle. They also handled the dent and bodywork, so I didn't have to take it somewhere else. The SUV looks great again and you can't really tell where it was damaged. Good work and a pretty smooth experience overall.”

“I have taken several of our family cars into Darby’s. They always work us in and give me honest info on what my vehicle needs. Recently my check engine light came on and turns out my Cadillac converter was bad - my car is only 6 years old and of course just out of warranty. They actually called VW about this and found there was an “extended warranty” on my part - they told me and let me know to take it into VW so it was covered for free - they saved me money!!!! Love them”

“Professional, attentive, fair, and trustworthy. James and his team at J&S Auto are excellent at what they do and I'd highly recommend them. My 2017 Lexus was struck in the front driver side by a reversing truck. It needed hood work, fender repair, a new light assembly, and several other small repairs. J&S presented me with a fair estimate (especially compared to several other businesses, no names but DC comes to mind) and had me on the books to get it done. The car looks great; like nothing ever happened. I got a phone call every time there was an update to the repair. I will bring any vehicle needing body repair to James and his team in the future!”

“Writing a review on a used car lot is probably like writing a review on a funeral home or a lawyer. You go there expecting to get screwed and you’re very happy when you don’t.
John is the owner and he and his crew were very nice; they sold me a good car at a fair price, and followed up with some mechanical work that it needed. Fair treatment.
Their shop is not a spotless Formula 1 garage, but to me the guys appear to know what they’re doing and they seem honest. The car runs great so far.
As always, buyer beware, but I can for sure recommend this repair shop and their used car lot.”
“I really like this Honda dealership. You can come here and freely look at motorcycles without them worrying you to death like the other motorcycle dealership did I went to earlier today. All salesmen and parts associates were very professional. I felt completely comfortable talking to everyone here. I even bought a front and rear basket for my 2014 Honda Recon. The parts associate was very knowledgeable and patient as I looked at motorcycles and ATVs. He showed me several ATV accessories and knew what he was talking about and whether they would fit my Honda or not. He recommended certain products and I trusted him because I could tell he knew what he was talking about as he had a 4 wheeler too. In summary, I will be back.”
