“I traveled from Eastern VA to Texas last week. On my way back to VA, my Check Engine Light came on. I pulled-off of I-40 and I stopped at this Autozone in OB, MS. They did an OBDII scan and it indicated a fault with the NOx Sensor. My 2017 Lexus was struck in the front driver side by a reversing truck. It needed hood work, fender repair, a new light assembly, and several other small repairs. “I really like this Honda dealership. You can come here and freely look at motorcycles without them worrying you to death like the other motorcycle dealership did I went to earlier today. All salesmen and parts associates were very professional. I felt completely comfortable talking to everyone here. I even bought a front and rear basket for my 2014 Honda Recon. The parts associate was very knowledgeable and patient as I looked at motorcycles and ATVs. He showed me several ATV accessories and knew what he was talking about and whether they would fit my Honda or not. He recommended certain products and I trusted him because I could tell he knew what he was talking about as he had a 4 wheeler too. In summary, I will be back.”

“I always come here to get oil changes and have bought tires and had them put on. Kenneth and Willis always give top notch service. The others that work on the cars probably do too I mentioned those two because I have dealt with them multiple times. I received an oil change on 11/11/23 I was supposed to have it done the previous Saturday at 11:00 a.m. but when I got there I was terribly disappointed because the person who scheduled the appointment over the telephone when I called didn't actually put me on the schedule even though he told me the appointment was set for 11:00 a.m. I was absolutely LIVID! Thanks for Kenneth he scheduled an appointment for 11/11/23 and actually put it into the system and I received a confirmation text. He was apologetic for his co-worker dropping the ball, so new employee that obviously didn't know what he was doing. Also, Kenneth went the extra mile and checked the air in one of my tires tear was low, actually checked all of my tires and made sure thet were good. That's customer service. I noticed that the telephone rang off the hook and no one was running to answer because there isn't enough staff to take care of the customers in line getting them checked in and out. To the powers that be, hire more people that only check customers in and out and answer the telephone. As it is at many businesses you all probably can't keep employees because some people don't want to commit to a day of work for a day of pay. This is the only Walmart Auto - Center that I patron.”
