“Unless this place changes its name to Swashbuckling Pirates of Petrol, it will always be Horizon to me. I've frequented this exceptional establishment for about 147 years now, and it's only gotten better over time. Need a frosty beverage? Horizon's got you. Ice cream? You betcha! Do you wish to grab pickles while browsing the Labubu selection? You're in for a treat! Grab coffee and collab it with your favorite glacial hops! They've got all the things!!! Knickknacks! Tumblers! Blingy sparklies! And they beat out Flying J with their selection, plus the gas pumps always work. Sorry Jfans, but Horizon is where it's at.”

“The older lady that works over night is an absolute life saver, I drove around for an hour looking for an open gas station... This one said 24 hours but only if you have card (the pumps are open but the store is not)The lady let me pay for my gas and get on my way.”

“As a gas station it is ok but the real surprise is inside. They have some of the best, most authentic, Mexican food I've had. Really amazing place hidden inside a gas station.”
“There's a young black male who works here that is very polite and diligent to his work. I've seen him several times pulling trash, stocking coolers, and putting ice in drink machines. He's quiet but very efficient. Very respectful too. Oh and the chicken is pretty tasty too.”

“This place is a block from where I live. I never gave it a second thought because the name made me think it was an Indian bakery. When I saw on yelp that they had all sorts of meals, I thought I'd give it a try. I went with the ever popular Chicken Tiki Masala and it was excellent. My wife had the shrimp tandoori which was good but they skimped a little on the shrimp. If you like Indian food and your looking for taste, not frills, I recommend you give this place a shot.”

“Absolutely one of the best truck stops along the route. Flying J Travel Center really stands out for how clean, organized, and professional everything is. From the moment you pull in, you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping this location running smoothly for drivers and travelers alike. Plenty of parking, easy access, well-stocked store, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes a long day on the road a little easier.
The biggest shout out goes to TJ for the incredibly clean showers. After hours behind the wheel, walking into a spotless shower area makes a huge difference, and TJ clearly goes above and beyond to keep everything maintained at a very high standard. Fresh towels, clean floors, great water pressure, and everything stocked and ready — honestly better than some hotels. That kind of hard work deserves recognition because professional drivers notice and appreciate it.
The bathrooms were also extremely clean, the restaurant area was well maintained, and the entire property felt safe and comfortable. Staff members were friendly and helpful, which is something that can really make a travel stop memorable. You can tell this location cares about customer service and understands what drivers need during long hauls.
If you’re traveling through Mississippi or running freight through the area, this is definitely a stop worth making. Clean showers, excellent service, good food options, and an overall great experience. Huge respect again to TJ and the entire team for keeping this Flying J operating at such a high level. Easy 5 stars and highly recommended for anyone on the road.”
“Today I went to Hacks/Goodman location. Filled my own pickup order, because every time I order & get there, my stuff is not complete and I have to cancel it, eventhough I see my items on the shelf. The previous black female manager could have cared less, she was just there to get a paycheck.Today, I talked to the manager Josh. He was super nice and helpful and very sorry for my previous experiences. He has been at this location a year ago but was moved and is now back. I am confident that he can turn this store around. Back then; and today; he is always willing to help or solve your request. I will start going back to this location. Josh you are a breath of fresh air, thank you.”
“This is one of the nicer Walgreens that I've been to. There's plenty of parking in their lot, and the location is convenient. They carry a beauty product that my wife uses, so that's good. The customers seem calm, collected, and rational.”

“Best breakfast biscuits in town! Try and stop by before work every morning (except sundays). Hint: arrive around 5 am for freshest! The woman server is awesome and will happily make you one with a warm smile even if they don’t have them made yet. Seriously, been going here for gas, cigs, and food since they opened. They were so nice they didn’t have my smokes at first but more than one attendant asked me what my brand was - lucky strike red shorts - they wrote down, and had em in there the very next delivery! Also feel Very safe and comfortable bringin my 1 and 3 yr old girls in to pick out some sweets. Attendants usually hand them something for free and interact with them directly. Good vibes and good people!”
