1308 Ross Rd, Olive BranchFantastic place to board your dog. My dog was very new to me (country road drop off) so I was unaware he was afraid of storms. Sidlehill contacted me to let me know he was anxious during a storm. They made recommendations and took great care of his needs. They will send pictures when requested. The overall place was very clean and the setting is beautiful. The cost very reasonable. This will be my go to boarding facility going forward.

I had the bacon pepper jelly and pimento cheese burger, and the flavor combination was excellent. The pepper jelly, bacon, and pimento cheese worked really well together, and the burger was seasoned and cooked well.
My one disappointment with the food was the patty itself. With a burger like this, I was expecting a fresh, hand-pattied burger, but the patty seemed more like a premade or frozen patty. It wasn’t bad by any means it was cooked properly and tasted good—but a fresh handmade patty would have taken this burger to another level. (Pretty pricey)
The sidewinder fries, on the other hand, were cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed them.
I absolutely love what I would call a good “hole-in-the-wall” place, and this is definitely one of those. It’s tiny, I think I counted seating for only about 22 people at full capacity. You basically have a front counter with the menu displayed digitally on a TV, one door leading to a single restroom, and another doorway into the kitchen covered by a curtain. That’s pretty much it.
It’s simple. It’s plain. It’s small. And honestly, that’s part of the charm. This isn’t a fancy restaurant trying to impress you with the building or atmosphere. It’s the kind of little local place where the food has to do the talking.
The one area that could definitely use some improvement is the service. I want to be fair here because no one was rude or unpleasant the service was simply very limited. When we ordered, there wasn’t much interaction or any help or suggestions with the menu, and getting the order entered seemed to take a while. Once our order was placed, the employee went back into the kitchen and we saw very little of anyone after that.
The drinks are bottled rather than fountain drinks, so there are no refills. Our drinks were eventually brought out, followed later by our food, and after that we didn’t see anyone again for the remainder of our visit.
Our food took close to 40 minutes. I don’t mind waiting for freshly prepared food, especially when a restaurant is busy, but there were only two groups there at the time our family and one other group, about 11 customers total. With such a small dining room and so few customers, I expected a little more old school local vibe.
So I would describe this as more of an “order your food and we’ll bring it to you” experience than traditional restaurant service. That’s perfectly fine if you know what to expect, but a little more interaction and attention to the customers would really improve the overall experience.
Overall, though, I enjoyed my meal and would eat here again. There are some things they could improve, particularly the service, and I would love to see that burger made with a fresh, hand-pattied beef patty. Do those two things, and this little hole-in-the-wall could really be something special.

9709 MS-178, Olive BranchThe food from KCS has always been on point. My favorite thing to get there is the barbecue fried rice. It's one of the most unique fried rice if you're ever going to get. Now the customer service is definitely hit or miss but who's really going there for that? I've been going to this place before they updated and finally got a restaurant so I am proud of them for expanding speaking of expand and they also have expanded their menu as well and it's definitely a cool vibe.
