“This is the place to be.
I recently relocated from Chicago to Memphis for a new job and was on the hunt for a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, as I wasn't sure about my long-term stay. After evaluating several downtown apartments that met my criteria, Metro 67 stood out despite fitting within my price range and offering the right amenities, the vibe was not quite right.
The moment I stepped into Metro 67, I was struck by the cleanliness and pleasant aroma of the lobby, as well as the reassuring security presence. The rental staff was accommodating and showed me several units, including a furnished one that I decided to rent for three months. While I initially intended to move to Germantown for a more homely and friendly atmosphere, Metro 67 stsff graciously extended my lease by an additional month to give me more time to search.
The amenities at Metro 67 are quite impressive, from the rooftop area overlooking the mighty Mississippi to the lower level, where people frequently gather. The basement features creatively repurposed bank vaults as lounging areas, a pool table, a movie theater, and an exercise room. Although I didn't use the gym much, I did enjoy watching my hometown Bears win their games in the theater.
What I'll miss most about Metro 67 is the warm and friendly staff, along with the clean, streamlined vibe. It was a tough decision to leave and move to Germantown, but I wanted a place that reminded me of my home back in Chicago. If I had stayed, I would have chosen the 12th-floor penthouse for its stunning view and ideal vibe and price.
Additionally, Metro 67 offers secured parking, accessible through a tunnel in the basement, which ensured my car from home was always safe. If secured parking isn't a priority, there's regular parking included with the rent.
I highly recommend Metro 67 if you're seeking an old-school building with a clean, streamlined feel and great vibes. Everything is within walking distance, and it truly felt like home during my four-month stay. I'm especially going to miss the staff, with whom I've become friends. Even though I'm not downtown often, I occasionally reach out to say hello or drop by for a visit. Metro 67, you've definitely got it going on.”

“Very classy and nice. Only issue was the parking garage. We couldn't get back in to get our vehicle because the doors were locked. Good thing someone was coming out so we could get in.”

“We booked 901 Dining & Catering food truck for our 20yr Highschool Reunion Picnic. We were on a time crunch with booking food for our event and Ronald was so quick to respond to our request and made our booking process a breeze! We offered our guests their wings, burgers, turkey dogs, fries and beverages and everything tasted so fresh and delicious being cooked onsite! They were also able to accommodate out vegetarian guests!! Even though we had over 100 guests the line to be served was never long! They really showed up for us making our reunion event a huge success!! If you're looking for 5 star food and service book with them!”

“Attended a work related event here recently. The facility is very nice, well maintained, & secure. Parking was easy and at the end of the day when 1500 of us were exiting all at once, the parking attendants did a great job in getting us all out quickly & easily. The Renasant Convention Center is a beautiful facility.”

Highly recommend all the events they organize as well, they're very well put together and they even sometimes stagger ticket entry times so you have a better experience.”

“The Renaissance was not what I expected. For some reason I was thinking it was a hotel ball room. Although it wasn't, it was very nice, clean, and a simple banquet hall. Does not take much to decorate it. You have a dance floor, D.J. area, side area for pictures, and a little kitchenette. Overall, It was truly a nice place to have a special celebration. The only thing I did not like was the parking. There isn't anywhere to park.”

“We visited Pompeii: The Exhibition. We liked the exhibit itself as it was informative and immersive and the layout of the exhibit was good. I did not like the look of the center as a whole because it felt like a sporting venue to me. Overall it was nice to visit this exhibit.”
“I'm here several times a month for various events. Very reasonable rental prices. The staff are great. The spaces can be transformed to fit any event theme. The one downside is parking. Which is to be expected with downtown venues. This location is great for weddings, birthdays, brunch and more.”

“Ms Pam was very friendly and professional. She answered all our questions without getting upset bc we had some. She made us and even showed us the entire bldg which by the way is huuuuuge. Her prices beat others I have called and her location is perfect. She has a lot of parking space too.”
