“I cannot recommend Oxford Muffler highly enough. When my son's Ford F-150 needed a water pump replacement, we ran into a frustrating situation with an Assurant extended warranty. While the Ford dealership in our hometown of Austin, Texas, would have honored the warranty, the local Ford dealership where the repair was needed would not. Oxford Muffler was the only repair facility willing to work with and honor this reputable extended warranty, saving us a tremendous amount of stress and expense.
John and Jamie, the owner and his son, went above and beyond to help us through the entire process. They are some of the most polite, honest, and genuinely kind people you could ever hope to do business with. “Great experience! This was the first time I've ever paid someone else to change my oil- I've always done it myself but life happens and I wasn't able to get to it this time. The grease monkey team was fast, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. My car requires a different oil than what the engine is typically rated for and they had no problem using the oil I requested. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Later that afternoon I called them about a new noise the car had started making. They had me bring it in, ride around to hear the sound, and did a thorough check to make sure there wasn't an issue. They were quick, courteous, ane very understanding! Hopefully I can get back to doing my own oil changes, but if I ever need to outsource it again, I'm definitely going to grease monkey.”

“This was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I popped my tire this morning, the Friday before spring break, as I was leaving to go home. I pull up and the lot is packed, and I’m worried to death because I have a birthday to get home for. The lady working the front, Joanna, was an absolute saint and immediately got my tire type down (because I was none the wiser) and somehow, even though their lot was packed and they were answering calls back to back, they still somehow managed to get me my car back within 30 minutes. This is not my first car fiasco and I have waited hours and even days but this service was next to extraordinary. 6 stars if I could. Bless these people because they saved my week!”

“7/24/2025. Took a chance and went to the Service Dept. My driver side visor came off and I needed it fixed. They had to order a part and I went back on 7/24/2025 and got the visor fixed. Very friendly staff, Pam did call to tell me the part was in. They made an unpleasant situation pleasant. Thank you Oxford Toyota for a caring staff.
We were only going to look, but we wound up purchasing a vehicle. Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then we went to Tim's office. Very polite and explained every detail to us. Now to see how the service department will be. Thank you.

“Brandon and Bryce were simply wonderful after taking my car to two other shops for a simple terminal battery change and being rerouted and told ridiculous amounts I was recommended to try the Ray brothers. They were transparent about what needed to be done and even rewired some things in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest shop which is very rare these days. I can honestly say this is the most honest shop I’ve encountered in this City!”
