“Great experience! This was the first time I've ever paid someone else to change my oil- I've always done it myself but life happens and I wasn't able to get to it this time. The grease monkey team was fast, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. My car requires a different oil than what the engine is typically rated for and they had no problem using the oil I requested. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Later that afternoon I called them about a new noise the car had started making. They had me bring it in, ride around to hear the sound, and did a thorough check to make sure there wasn't an issue. They were quick, courteous, ane very understanding! Hopefully I can get back to doing my own oil changes, but if I ever need to outsource it again, I'm definitely going to grease monkey.”
“Always great friendly service. Also added benefit of going through any tile for a top off of fluids between oil changes. Always give them a tip for that added service.”
“The service was good, but the staff, or the Walmart system who deal with paperwork and payment is not ideal. Had me waiting for 30 minutes because they made a bunch of mistakes:
1. Payment was wrong: someone else paid for my service and they had to redo it.
2. The summary of what they did to my car inaccurately reflects what they did.”
