“Tonight I went to Kroger to do some shopping and I was helped by a young woman named Jaliya. She was nice enough to bring to my attention that I could save some money by using coupons that I could access with the Kroger app, which I didn't have. She took the time to set up the app and the account for me on my phone so I could save $13. I very much appreciated the time and attention she shared and saving money was great, too. I was honestly stunned by having such incredible customer service. Many thanks to her! I just wanted management to know what a wonderful job she is doing.”

“Sooooo much better than CVS! You can actually talk to a pharmacist on the phone! Short lines, several pick-up booths instead of one, full staff, advice or questions answered on every pick-up. After answering my questions, the pharmacist asked if I'd had my flu shot (no) and gave it to me within a couple of minutes. Best pharmacy service I've had since I moved to Mississippi.”

“I went to CVS today,February 16 and there was this girl who was working there,I didn’t get her name but she has long brown hair,she’s like kinda tall,she was so sweet and working great under pressure.There was quite a line and the self checkouts were not working,But she remained calm and helped everyone and got the line moving.She was also very sweet with people,she complimented my baby brother.This girl was working alone and still had patience for everyone!She was great!!”

“They are absolutely outstanding at what they do! Trustworthy and will go the extra mile! I’ve dealt with them all with the medications I have to take. They have had to change many times the dosages to get them correct. With this came questions and quantity of pill changes etc… This brings insurance issues since they know better than your neurologist right! They have fought them for me to get what I needed covered!
