“I love that they are locally owned and I have enjoyed the quick service of the drive thru and in-store service is also quick! But be warned… if you go in the store you will walk out with more than just a prescription. Lots of unique items and I have gotten many fun gifts here (they wrap!) I love the option of using their app to refill my prescriptions and they will deliver if you need that option! I get both my flu and Covid shots right there in the pharmacy! I switched from Walgreens to Oxford RX a couple of years ago and have never regretted it!”
“Tonight I went to Kroger to do some shopping and I was helped by a young woman named Jaliya. She was nice enough to bring to my attention that I could save some money by using coupons that I could access with the Kroger app, which I didn't have. She took the time to set up the app and the account for me on my phone so I could save $13. I very much appreciated the time and attention she shared and saving money was great, too. I was honestly stunned by having such incredible customer service. Many thanks to her! I just wanted management to know what a wonderful job she is doing.”

“I really like the Kroger Pharmacy app. It makes it easy to manage my prescriptions. This is a super busy Pharmacy, no doubt, though. The whole store, including Pharmacy, just got remodeled and expanded. I don't enjoy grocery shopping at Kroger in Oxford anymore because of the massive size but the Pharmacy is at the front of the store and there's also a drive thru.”
