“I’m writing this review to thank, & give a virtual hug to your manager, or assistant manager, Jamal ! (Didn’t catch his last name).... yesterday, 5/29/20, my friend Angie & I had driven from Booneville to Oxford to pickup her car from Belk Ford, where she had repairs done... so we had 2 vehicles. We had stopped at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, & when we came out her car would start. She & I were in the process of jumping off the battery, when Jamal came out of the store to see if he could help us. He was so kind, & genuinely concerned about two ladies with their hoods up, trying to work on a car. We SO appreciated his assistance! With all that is happening in this world right now, this is what we all need. More kindness ! God Bless Jamal & thank you !!!!”

“Felt completely out of my element when I first arrived at Dick's to buy my first mountain bike, but a friendly and informed employee named John graciously helped me throughout the process. He was knowledgeable but never condescending, and he was friendly and talkative throughout the entire bike-inspection process. He also installed my desired accessories on the bike and advised me on various bike pumps-- He even demonstrated how to use the presta valve (which was totally new to me). He went out of his way to be useful and friendly and never made me feel like a bother or a complete noob. He also recommended some fun trails in the area. Thanks, John!”
