I accidentally booked my rental at a different location, when I arrived at the U-Haul East Pearl location the staff members were friendly and willing to help move my reservation to their location. In and out within 30 minutes (only reason it took that long is because it was my mistake).

Andrea went out of her way to acknowledge me as soon as I walked to the counter, and even guaranteed a quick install in which she followed up on. My expectations for this visit was exceeded, and it couldn’t have went better.
