“Huge improvements in customer service!
I want to give recognition to Bette and Crystal for their outstanding service.
I recently visited CVS to purchase an item advertised as BOGO 50% OFF.
There was only 1 of the item left in stock, and Bette was kind enough to provide me with a rain check to purchase the second one on a future date. Bette also took my phone number and promised to notify me when the item came in stock.
I purchased the 1 item, and with receipt and raincheck in hand, I walked out of the store without my original purchase! As soon as realized it, I called the CVS store. I spoke to Crystal, and she took my number too. After checking the security cameras, she called me back with the good news that she had found my bag and that she would hold it for me to pick up the next morning!
Finally last night, Bette left me a message that the second item was now in stock and I could go pick it up, which I just did. I even got to stack the 50% OFF rain check with another $2 OFF coupon that I found.
