They offered to let me set up a my tent under a wooden pavilion behind the store.Even if you are not camping, I'd encourage cyclists on the Tanglefoot Trail to stop and buy a drink or a snack. It's a nice place to rest for a few minutes and we should support businesses that support cyclists.”

“After a week of icy roads it was nice to find eggs there, big box store had none. I appreciate them stocking up ahead of the weather event. Also the floors always look clean and well kept. Keep up the good work hometown!”

“The new store that shares with Family Dollar is really clean. The isles are clear & not blocked with excess stock or anything. New stock added all the time. Lots of great deals if you can catch them. Some items worth well over the price increase to $1.25. However, you have to be careful not to pay more when other places have same or similar items for $1 or less. My favorite must have items are in the beauty section. For instance, makeup wipes & face serums. The only thing I definitely would not recommend is the batteries. They don't last long at all & have a tendency to corrode quicky & even leak. This has actually ruined something of mine. There is plenty of good parking spots & it's easy to get in & out of with normal traffic. I love that it's combined with Family Dollar. And I really like the FD app & digital coupons.The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the consistently rude staff. I'm only removing 1 star but honestly deserves 2 removed. They are not friendly at all. And especially if you dare shop near closing. Not at closing but anywhere within the hour before it seems like it becomes a problem. The worst is checking out no matter the time. A lot of times no one is up there when you get ready to check out. Then for whatever reason it's a huge rush for you to pay, get your stuff, & get out the way. For instance, last time I couldn't even put my wallet back in my bag because the cashier was piling the next customer bags on top of mine. And then not bagging some items for whatever reason making it harder to carry especially if you have several others to carry out. I mean, since when doesn't pet food get bagged?? It also makes it more difficult when trying to bring in once home. It's just little things like this where unless it's a specific item or cheaper, I much prefer their competitor up the road.”

“It was great and I just wanna salute the ponatoc sheriff dept local city and all the extra support that they extend every day even being well under funded and not recognized cause of the truth iis a perfect combanaon in all records . All theabove in Mississippi is not so perfect for all agencies but from monroe co to lownees co I foudpast records of a country sheriff that had been misled in areas pertaining to funds and un nessassasy exspences the past votes were alfuly handled Guys is different this next year is a must to stand up to all the bull loany less do it for love and US when I say US it's US . I'm sorry the sheriff dept and leaders in are under funded states have to deal with not enough for Mississippi but at this point we are the wall street of stand up men and women to keep this state above water it's amazing the value are states platforms revives it's a 100 year avasage of the poorest state in the country and a total avasage of 63 % lower than states combined minues Allaska and hiwie we my state is not being left out so all knows and the funds are on the pump cause no body deserved this and it was all colors no little and big it was a matter of me turning down my riches for the world . This river tom big boy is in for a make over and me and the Gov are about to be a part of tennessee ohio and any body else that wNt some case it and right we control their hopes and they don't share . They get to much and it's not just that but the mississippi river is about to be a leader of the heart . Of this country . “I must say, the employees at this Dollar General are great. They keep the store stocked and they are extremely helpful. I personally live near this Dollar General. I have 2 family members who live several miles away who come to this store rather than the 2 stores closer to them. We love our Dollar General here at Algoma!”

“i was there on Christmas Eve., late in the day. I was SO relieved that they were open! Big, nice store, wide isles, easy for 2 buggies to pass each other. Found every thing I needed. That was stuff the other stores didn't have. the check out lines were long, but i was surprised at how fast they kept the lines moving. Got out in about half the time i expected . My first time in that store, but I liked it. I will shop there again.”

“The store was clean from my experience. I used the self checkout line. It went quickly without any issues. The girl that was working the self checkout told me to have a good evening when I left from the self checkout area. She is always very friendly. The items I was shopping for were in stock at a price better than local competitors.”
