βI was at your store recently and wanted to comment on the young lady that checked me out. Her name is Charyti and she was Amazing. So nice to see young people that are friendly and helpful and does it all with a beautiful smile on her face. How refreshing it was. I will look for her next time to check me out. Hope I spelled her name right.β

βI come to the home goods store mainly for the stay wild moon child coffee mugs that are like $4 each lol! Donβt judge me! I love this store. Staff is always friendly. They always have some good stuff. From kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and outside yard decorations! They have bohemian pillows, soft fuzzy blanketsβ¦ itβs just a great store to shop at if your looking for a great deal!β

βWe had a good experience here! It's a small store so most things are easy to find, but if you need help the employees are happy to oblige! There was a super friendly employee who greeted us as we entered, offered to help, and checked us out very quickly. I wish I could have gotten her name so I could honor her! I'm glad this location opened recently!β

βI found a cardigan I was looking for and the staff was very nice and helpful. The crazy store layout, plus lack of shoe inventory is why it didn't get a 5 star.β
βEvery week I get a helium balloon for my little baby, she can play on it for hours while I get work done. My Monday's are BUSY, so it's important that I get one before the night ends ? I lost track of time and saw that Dollar Tree was still open at 8pm, so I hauled butt! I walked in and one of the employees could tell that I thought they were closing soon, she greeted me with the biggest smile, and said "Baby! Don't worry, we will take care of you!"
I was looking for a clip to clip the balloon on, all they had were the heavy weights. When I tell you both employees didn't give up looking for a clip, one of the employees came back with 3 different options Y'all I can tell you this is the BEST costumer service I've ever had at a Dollar Tree, heck better than most places nowadays. When I got up to the register, that name tag read 'Lucky'. Well, well!! Ain't I lucky to meet the famous Ms. Lucky herself! I told her she is Flowood famous and we appreciate her amazing customer service, she's been praised a ton on this page.
The young gentleman tonight did an amazing job too yall! He was the one that looked far and wide for my clips. We are lucky to have Ms. Lucky and Domonick here in Flowood!!β
βI usually don't visit this store much about two times a year because it's always overcrowded line long and the customer service could be a lot better. But today was a really good day. I was able to find what I needed. The store was not crowded, and the young lady at the register seemed very concerned about my situation and helped me with a decision before my purchase. A lot of things can be found here if you are willing to scope out the entire store.β

βIt was a very positive experience. This Walmart has almost every thing you need to beat the heat. Sun screen, cargo shorts, tee shirts, hats, mosquito spray, fans , bottle water, etc.etc.β
βI noticed I didnβt have my wallet two days ago but it wasnβt on the forefront of my mind. I used my Apple Pay, Walmart, and Kroger apps instead. No biggie!
Well, today, I decided to find my wallet. I checked both vehicles and my house. NOTHING! I told my daughters I would go check Walmart, βAll I can see is, I left it in a cart.β
Two days later, my wallet was at Byramβs Walmart in its lost and found untouched. Thank you, Lord! Thank you to the honest employees at the Walmart in Byram and constitutes of Byram, MS! Thank you! The integrity saved me from having to replace everything and dispute anything. Seriously, thank you!β

βFamily Dollar is fine. Prices are decent variety is good but don't let the name fool you its not a true dollar store. But its generally open on holidays which comes in handy.β
βAnd being cold and snow then we got out and went to the local Family Dollar on Briarwood everyone on the staff greeted us had everything we need for being cold and stuck in the house spend a lot of money what you guys took care I need staff was friendly and nice my son and I will return again.β

βI purchased a Cub Cadet lawn mower in March of 2023 WITH the added warranty plan from Tractor Supply Richland Ms. The day of purchase the mower wouldnβt start to load on the trailer, I was told to come back tomorrow to pick it up. After returning the second day the mower started and was loaded and I was given a spare battery after being told the battery may have been the problem they really didnβt know. I mowed my lawn one time and a week later the mower wouldnβt start. When I tried to change the battery I realized they had given me the wrong battery. I went to my local ORileys and purchased the correct battery that I Installed and the mower still wouldnβt crank. At this point I had to start paying to have my lawn cut. I went to the store and they told me to take it to a local lawn mower shop that they take their warranty work to. When I arrived they told me they donβt work on Cub Cadet. After reaching out to Tractor Supply customer support they put me in contact with the manager of the Byram store that swapped the mower out for me. After about 3 times cutting my lawn (1 acre in a neighborhood) the new mower failed. After reaching out to corporate again I was told someone would pick up the mower for repair in which nobody came. After I called corporate asking for a refund of the mower I was told to contact Cub Cadet because it was their warranty issue. Cub Cadet said tractor supply would have to give the refund but they would cover the repair and referred me to a local dealer. The dealer was busy (summer) and took a month to repair the mower forcing me again to hire a lawn service. After the repair I finished the last few times mowing the grass for the season without issues. During the winter I cranked the mower and ran it periodically to maintain the battery. Spring of 2024 I mowed my lawn once without issues the second time I tried cutting the mower died mid cut and would not start. I contacted tractor supply and never successfully got a resolution. Spring and summer are my busy seasons at my job so I was forced yet again to hire a lawn service because I didnβt have time to fight with it. Monday 12/30/24 I contacted tractor supply customer support about the issue and was referred to their people with the warranty department that gave me the same run aroud about getting it picked up then was transferred to Cub Cadet who said they werenβt available and hung up. I then spoke with someone at the store who told me theyβd call me back and never did. I was contacted today by someone doing a quality check call and I explained this all to them and was told someone would call me in the next few minutes and never did. I then called corporate customer support again and was told they could give me a new one but it was out of season and none were to be had. I then asked if I could just be refunded and return it and was told they werenβt authorized to do that it was up to the store manager. A call and case was put in to the store manager and was told I would be contacted by the manager with a resolution. I just want to be done with it and wash my hands of this mower as I have accepted hiring a lawn care service this new year. I am a long time customer of tractor supply and frequent the store weekly if not multiple times a week. As of now the saga continues and I still have not received a call from the manager. This is unacceptable.
Update: I was contacted by the manager and fully refunded problem resolved.β
