“I usually don't visit this store much about two times a year because it's always overcrowded line long and the customer service could be a lot better. But today was a really good day. I was able to find what I needed. The store was not crowded, and the young lady at the register seemed very concerned about my situation and helped me with a decision before my purchase. A lot of things can be found here if you are willing to scope out the entire store.”

“The gentleman in the electronics department came through and made sure I got exactly what I needed for a Christmas gift.
On a side note, the website advertised the wrong price and I verified I was reading the ad correctly about 20 times. By the time I got to the store the item on Target's website said not available. This was not due to the item selling out of stock. Like they say, if it's too good to be true it probably is but that's why I read the ad 20 times to make sure I was reading it correctly.
This has no affect on the store level customer service.. just making sure I type enough characters to get the points I need.
As I was saying, the customer service in the electronics department was very nice. I was afraid I would have problems because it's so close to Christmas and people may be stressed out. The store looked nice and looked like a lot of good selections in the clothing departments. I will go back and shop more when I have the time. The location is good and as far as I could tell, it looks reasonably safe. I would recommend this store and maybe I'll go there more often.”
“It was a very positive experience. This Walmart has almost every thing you need to beat the heat. Sun screen, cargo shorts, tee shirts, hats, mosquito spray, fans , bottle water, etc.etc.”

“Ms. Angie is awesome. I was in the store for some time looking at cologne and with about 5 to 6 employees on the sales floor no one came to assist. Ms. Angie came from the back of house and she was the first person to greet me. She was very polite and very helpful with my purchase. I am solely giving my rating based on Ms. Angie. The employee who checked me out, spoke as soon as I placed my items on the counter. I found everything I needed to purchase and got $5 off at the cash register because I used their app.The cashier was super friendly and checked me very quickly. This is my favorite Family Dollar Store that is in this area. I like shopping here.”
“The first visit could not find a sign for pickup. The call store operator never answered the phone or pickup ? but once I entered the store for a customer service, the young lady told me where the pickup was made contact with a gentleman & he was very professional. He took care of me immediately. Excellent customer service.”
