She not only greeted me immediately as I came into Pop Shelf- She asked what I was looking for or any specifics, if I had been to Pop Shelf before(which I had not so I didn’t know much about the store before going) and then took me around to show me all of the awesome 50% off sale items. By the end of my visit, I felt like we were old friends catching up- she truly is a people person, a sweet lady, and is awesome at what she does. I will DEFINITELY be back for the amazing items they sale but for the awesome customer service!!”

“It's a nice enough place but like most one price stores it is now a bit disingenuous being that they carry a significant amount of things that cost more than the $5 and below amount stated in the name. Even so the selection is great the items are nice and their stores are generally very neat. All in all not a bad place to shop, never know what you might find.”

“The one on cooper and Rainey rd is cool and you don't wait in line forever they are pretty good at getting you out fast. And the one.on suncrest is old school and I love that store very much. “It's by far the best Dollar General store in the south Jackson area! Courteous helpful and friendly cashier's! Stockers are willing to help if I can't find what I'm looking for! It's def one of the only Dollar General stores in the area that has what I want or need! Stocking so you can get to what you need without going around the world & thru the other shoppers to find an opening to get to the items you want! Unlike so many other Dollar Generals in Jackson! If I need Dollar General it's def my favorite, it's where I go, without dreading the obstacle course of boxes, and carts they are stacked up on so haphazardly! No grouchy cashier or stock clerk who's only reply to a question is, umm let me check with so and so! They would know where the things I need are if they were working, not chatting or milling around trying to look busy! The clerk's and cashier's are friendly courteous and helpful, most times busy with the customer's doing their job!”

“I wish I knew young lady name that work tonight after 9pm. I called store to check on an item that doordash said was low possibly out of stock. The cashier was so professional during call I could hear some dude give her a hard time and an opinion about why I was calling and that I need to bring my my *** up there to find out. She calmly and an another guy in line explaining to the ignorant fellow that she didn't mind answering phones when she work and looking for items to check the correct stock because no one wants to make a blank trip pr the person on phone may not have a cat sir. There's countless reasons why people call the the store and without them she wouldn't have a job and G wouldn't be open etc. She said some other stuff that wish inwas there to say. The level of customer service was awesome. I couldn't believe....They definitely should pay her mote and appreciate her because I sure did. She took the time verified stock friendly and helpful. .”

I could actually walk down the aisle, merchandise was actually stocked on the shelves. The associates were very courteous and greeted me upon my entrance.
