“I had previously called customer service in order to get auto payment started. i paid $10, to talk to an actual person, and they walked me through it. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and explained what was on the page, and they said that it was now set up.
Well, I received 2 text messages recently saying that I needed to pay my bill, even though I thought it was on auto pay. Took my phone to the store, and the lady noticed it was not on auto pay and quickly changed it to auto pay. It even mentioned congratulations, that it was now on auto pay.
