I installed the battery myself but it still did not cure my problem. AutoZone said that they "had done all they could do!"I had them jump me off and drove over to O'Reilly's Auto parts.Michael from O'Reilly's came out and diagnosed my problem and helped me with cleaning my battery terminals, solved my problem and kept me from spending the night in my truck!I am speaking as a former Shift manager at AutoZone. I called them to see if they had the part I was blessed enough to speak with Trey. He searched to see if they had the part and informed me that there was one in stock. When I got there he still had the information in front of him on the counter. He was very courteous and professional. And for a business owner like me that is very important.
