“This is a typical corporate owned telecom carrier store. They usually do not have much of a wait to get served and about half the staff is great to work with, the other half just so so. They have handicap parking and access but no public bathroom facilities. Store is clean and manager usually keeps it well stocked.”

The young guy with the braids, i think he was new but he was so nice and accommodating. He listened and anticipated my needs. Although i had to wait a good minute….. it was fine. It was such a relief going to this Verizon store that had wonderful customer service and everyone was great. Even with it being busier than normall the employees handle it very professionally. So if a AT&T employee comes across this post, know that AT&T employees would learn alot from the employees at this Verizon store. ?”
