“I love BigLots! Every time I go it's a pleasure. I always find something I didn't expect! I live in East Tupelo and the only one is in West Tupelo so I don't get to go very often because of all the traffic in between.”
“I like to go to Dollar General because they usually have what I need for a quick stop. They do have some things on most aisles that are worth looking at and buying as well, some things that I either don't see at larger stores, or some things I do see but are lower priced at DG. Would have given 5 stars, but there have been a few times that only one of the two registers were open, I was in a hurry, and the lines were rather long. Still will continue to go, though.”
“they are always kind to me when I go. but sometimes there is a long line and it gets frustrating because some workers go really slow but it's a good store to go for cheap.”
“Very nice manager and employees love to go look but selection is getting where it's bunch of junk..liked the tools and more manly stuff dirt cheap had when it was Hudson dirt cheap but still can find a deal just depends what ya like”
“Excellent customer service. Always friendly with a kind "Hello". Freezer units have been out for months. This store is less than a year old. Prices are rather high and I don't frequent them as often. Dollar General used to be fun because of their low pricing. I go only for the convenience of distance. It's right around the corner from where I live, saving me time for other endeavors.”

“Everything is still being ruooed off the shelves. The store has had empty shelves for months now. All because of Covid-19. Its not done with us yet. Its just now reached the south. I believe we all have it. Its just to what degree we have it. Its airborne isn't it.”
“Usually visit this place on a weekly basis. If you have the time, and enough patience to search through everything, your gonna find good, high dollar items. Just don't rip open boxes and then leave the contents scattered on the table. The new owners are good friendly people, making the experience so much better than previous staff.”
“I only stopped by for some koolaid today but the salesman associate didn't mind helping me an also noticed I couldn't find what I was searching for, he made sure I found it an was satisfy with what I needed. An that's why I said I loved it. My cashier sales Associates was very polite and greeted me with a smile.”
“I still gave a 5 star rating even though I was double charged for an item and had to take it back in and be refunded because of the two gentlemen that were working there at the time. Neither gave me a hard time or were rude or discourteous in fact just the opposite very nice and impressionable guys that didn't mind helping people and making things right and were also very friendly. I'm not sure if he was a manager or what but seemed to be in a leaders position, very friendly and again I thank him and his fellow employee for being the best team members dollar general is lucky to have. Alot more customer service personnel could take notes from these guys.”
“The people there so nasty bad attitude they had some germX on the dollar aisle once I got it up there they hauling about $1.50 so I told the lady and she going to tell me where it's not a dollar it's not my fault they had it on the wrong Aisle so I told them they can keep it if they put it on the wrong Aisle they supposed to give it to you for whatever price they have”
