“I have been a member for abt 13 yrs. The staff are very courteous & have always been so helpful. I have borrowed money 2 times in those years & both times were great. I tried the checking account but just could not make that work. But that is the only complaint. I thank the staff for all the help tbey have given me over the years.”

“Location tends to be overall good some issues here and there with card locks but what brings me here is a recent with drawl which ik my case was a little unorthodox but a little more patients would be appreciated from the African American teller and not be so two faced next time I walk in there”

“If you come here, always use a teller. I don't trust their ATM after it stole a deposited I made a locked me out. I called the bank while I was there and reported it. I did not move from the ATM, and they did not give me full credit for the deposit I made. Plus, it seems like it doesn't. matter what location you go to, the ATM will be broke if you need to make a withdrawal. On the positive side, the tellers are very nice and professional each time I go. So that's why I give is 5 ?”

“I always have a very positive experience at the branch. Staff is friendly and quick to help. Only complaint would be the ATM machines being out occasionally. But that happens sometimes and they have 2 ATMs for customers to use.”
