“This is the best bank anywhere because the banker and all the staff really care about their customers. Right away, you'll notice that they get to know you by name, not an account number, and that is just a sign of the excellent banking services you will receive from everyone there. This includes, but is not limited to, my world-class banker, Andy Young, the CSR, Tina Long, all the tellers that I've ever worked with, like Shelby, Marilyn, Maria and Jake, and the Management that I know is working hard for me and all their customers behind the scenes, like Simon Weir and Adam Kraft. If you need a mortgage loan, I highly recommend Clay Brown. Please forgive me if I've left anyone out. You are all awesome!!”

“If you come here, always use a teller. I don't trust their ATM after it stole a deposited I made a locked me out. I called the bank while I was there and reported it. I did not move from the ATM, and they did not give me full credit for the deposit I made. Plus, it seems like it doesn't. matter what location you go to, the ATM will be broke if you need to make a withdrawal. On the positive side, the tellers are very nice and professional each time I go. So that's why I give is 5 ?”
