“South Point Grocery in Southaven is hands down my go to store. The customer service is always outstanding with friendly smiles, helpful staff, with a clean, well organized store.
What truly sets them apart is how far they go for their customers. I was looking for an everything bagel that I can only find at this location. When it wasn’t on the shelf, multiple associates helped, and the Deli/Bakery Manager, Megan, personally followed up and even went to the back to get one for me the next day. That level of care is rare.
Most stores wouldn’t do that but South Point does. Highly recommend!”

“Picked up few items on 12/30/22 @dollargeneral @ 302/tchulahoma in Southaven Ms. I was impressed. The store was neat/clean/quiet. The shelves were stocked & displayed perfectly. As soon as 3 people were in line the man who I assume was the Mgr opened a register & began ringing up customers. I believe the sign in the window said Joseph Douglas-Manager. I could be wrong but I noticed it twice going in/coming out. Eitherway well done to the Mgr & staff :)”
“My #1 favorite convenient store BY FAR to go to, even when I moved away from Colonial Hills neighborhood, I still came back to go to this particular store. Leah is THE SWEETEST there is. She always makes sure to get exactly what you want or need. I also like they don't leave just one person alone to work. I've been frequenting Sids since I moved to Southaven in 1997! They've always been my favorite”
“My daughter and I wanted to try a different Kroger because the one in our area never has anything..and I must say I truly love the Kroger in the Olive Branch area..its clean no harsh smells and I found items that I have looking for..I just like everything about that store and I will be going back..”
“UPDATE November 30... Dark parking lot, bad security lights on south side of building parking light post completely out. this store has gotten very trashy, stuff all over the floors, employees are rude. Cash register number 2 supposedly broken.”
“Like most stores during the ice storm they were out of eggs, milk and bread. They were open reduced hours on the second day. My granddaughter was called in and i had to wait 45 minutes for her manager to get there. The roads were really nasty. I had thought that they might have scapped the ice off their parking lot. They finnaly did on day 4. This was the worst ice storm i had seen since i was a kid. Fun time for all.”
“There's a love and hate relationship with walmart go in for one item and cone out with two full baskets of stuff I always go to the clearance aisle to see what deals they might have you might get some great deals or not”
“This dollar store is constantly cluttered with nothing put up on the shelves. Hardly ever anybody at the register you have to stay in there and wait for somebody to come to the register, I'm surprised they don't get shop lifted from more often... I'm not surprised they close down self check because they actually need someone up there to make sure people actually pay. And then today I get there sign on the door says open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. it was 8:00 and the woman inside shook her head no that they weren't open in the door. Very unprofessional and very horrible staff”

“Little things matter to me...The store looked inviting, the associates were polite. The meat and produce departments were clean and well stocked and just as importantly my sacker arranged my bags in the cart as not to crush my softer items. It was a pleasant shopping trip.”

“My Lord this place has me rethinking my religion. Lol. All jokes aside the food is amazing and the service matches the food, superb. We purchased the baked lamb special and the chicken shawarma ?. Let me speak on them separately. The lamb was fork tender just falling off the bone, flavorful and seasoned to perfection. I could drink the sauce it was so amazing ?. Now the chicken schwarama was such a surprise because they cook the pickling with the chicken which turns the flavors profile up 10 notches. I’m truly a fan of the chef. My husband and I will be returning tomorrow. lol. Don’t miss the opportunity to stop in and try for yourself.”
