“I reside in Southaven; so I’m closer to the Horn Lake location. This was my first time in a while visiting the Olive Branch location. This location definitely appeared to be cleaner. Although it was early; they were fully staffed with cashiers for returns and also for online pickups. The Horn Lake location is “never” fully staffed and there’s always a longggggg wait time for returns and online pickups.”
