“Posting this as it might be helpful for someone else in regards to a passport.
The USPS website says that this location accepts walk ins on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9AM- 10AM.
We arrived at 9am and waited 30 minutes and were then told they don’t accept walk ins due to how many appointments are scheduled… but luckily Ms. Nichols was able to help us before another appointment showed up. We were super appreciative of her help and kindness.
I would imagine she can easily turn people away if the appointments are there waiting… so for future reference, assume the USPS website is wrong and make an appointment. LOL.”
“I always have a good experience shipping packages off and picking up mail from here. I recently put in an inquiry for "missing mail" (I found it..at my own residence, a week later because someone in the household didn't tell me they checked the mail that day. lol) and this USPS called me for a follow up. It was just that the tracking number was stuck in "Alert" status for whatever reason–my mail was never actually missing. I appreciate USPS calling and texting me with updates about my mailing concerns. Personally, I have never had a problem with this USPS location within the last 15 years of staying in this area.”
“I am actually giving this 5 star rating to the mail delivery driver Mallory!!! She brings our packages in a timely manner and is quick to fix somebody else’s mistake. She always has a positive attitude! If we could, we would personally request Mallory every time to deliver our mail and packages. She deserves recognition at her job.”

“I needed some stamps so post office it was. I took for granted the big city post offices with the modern technology, so to speak. I thought they might have a machine and you can self serve, but they do not. I only had to wait in line for a few minutes and the postal worker was most pleasant. I got my stamps and off into the world I went!”

This location had a lot bad reviews but Jimmy is a Light! He is sooooo very patient, accurate and just GENUINELY PLEASANT! It’s hard to find employees at the post office like him! I thought this would be one of the worst experiences based on the reviews but I Can’t say enough kind words about him. I hope they realize he is a treasure! Thank you sir so much! May God continue to shine light from him and upon him!”

“I love the workers, especially Phyllis and Chastity! They helped me when I needed to mail my mother’s ashes, who had just passed. I was very emotional, and they were extremely nice to me. The place is usually packed when I go, but they do the best they can to get the lines down.”
