“I went Lowes for a very very simple project. Queen bed slats. Micheal was there and immediately helped me locate the wood I needed. I wasn't sure if it would fit the measurements I needed so when I went to check out I asked one lady about the wood I was purchasing and was told they didn't know anything other than 'all they do is sell wood'. I almost walked out without anything until Michael further helped me understand that you have to cut the wood yourself. That's all I needed to know. So simple :/ Thank you Michael for being so kind to actually listen to understand, really.”
