“While the oil change was excellent, when my daughter got the car back it started running bad, shutting off and missing. Took it back Express, and they took several days to get to it. I called on the third day that it was at their facility and was told we are looking at it now. So I drove to the facility and was told that it needed cam shaft cover gasket and Pcv valve replacement and oil sending solenoid unit.$1000.00 price tag. I was going to let them do the repairs, however they would not accept Car Shield for warranty. So I told the guy at the desk that I had to take to where they would accept my warranty. So Car Shield recommended a repair shop and I took it. The mechanic called me back within a few ours and said that their assessment was totally off and the problem was grass clogged in the mass air flow sensor and one of the screws was missing from the air filter box. $60.00 versus $1000.00. It will never go back to that facility again.”
“I have used 49 Tire & Auto many times (for both tire & auto repair). They have great customer service and are reasonably priced. Been very happy with their service each time. I also own a business where my customers occasionally need tire assistance. My 1st recommendation is 49 Tire & Auto. I’d never refer my customers to another business I didn’t have faith in. So far - I've never been let down!”

“These guys were a life saver. I had to move my truck from a different shop who had fumbled all over themselves. These guys got the truck, found all of the problems the other shop caused and got everything put back together fairly quickly. They bent over backward to meet a tough timeline and they were honest, upfront and super fair on all of the pricing.
